Orders placed by 4:00 PM (GMT+0) on business days will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time, during weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods
Just Charms ships orders using trusted carriers that provide tracking information. Each shipment includes a tracking number, sent via email. Customers can monitor the shipment using the carrier’s online tracking portal. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
While we take care to package items securely, occasional issues may occur during transit:

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, Just Charms ships only within the United Kingdom.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout. Orders with incorrect addresses may result in delays or failed delivery, and any additional costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
